Sentiment Intelligence

AI-powered analysis of how audiences feel about each brand.

What it does

Sentiment Intelligence uses AI (Gemini, Groq, or Claude depending on your configuration) to analyse every collected news mention and social post for a brand. Each piece of content is scored as Positive, Neutral, or Negative and given an urgency rating. The page shows aggregate sentiment scores, trend lines, and the individual mentions that are driving the score.

When it updates

Sentiment is analysed automatically as new mentions are collected. The AI processes each mention within minutes of collection. Scores are recalculated in real time as new data arrives. You can also trigger a manual re-analysis from the page.

How to use it
1

Select the brand you want to analyse.

2

Read the Net Sentiment Score β€” a value from -100 (fully negative) to +100 (fully positive).

3

Check the trend line to see if sentiment is improving or declining over time.

4

Scroll to the mentions list to read the individual articles and posts driving the score.

5

Filter by Negative sentiment to focus on reputation risks.

6

Set up an Alert to be notified when sentiment drops below a threshold.

Why it exists

PR and reputation management is increasingly important for brand clients. Real-time sentiment tracking lets your agency spot a crisis forming before the client does β€” which is an extremely high-value service.

Pro Tips
  • Net Sentiment below -20 is a warning sign. Below -40 usually means a crisis is forming.
  • Check sentiment spikes on the trend line β€” they often correspond to specific news events.
  • Pair sentiment data with Crisis Monitor for a complete reputation picture.
