Brands

Add and manage the brands you monitor and compete against.

What it does

The Brands page is where you register every brand you want to track β€” both your own clients and their competitors. Each brand has a name, industry, country, and a set of keywords that the collectors use to find ads, news, and social mentions belonging to that brand.

When it updates

Brands are created manually by you. Once added, the system begins collecting data for that brand on the next scheduled collection run (every 6 hours by default) or immediately if you trigger a manual collection.

How to use it
1

Click 'Add Brand' and fill in the brand name, industry, and primary country.

2

Add keywords β€” use the brand name, product names, and common abbreviations. The more specific, the better the data quality.

3

Add competitor brands the same way and link them on the Competitors page.

4

Click a brand to open its detail page β€” this shows all collected ads, spend estimates, and mentions for that brand.

5

Use the keyword editor to refine keywords at any time β€” changes take effect on the next collection run.

Why it exists

Accurate brand tracking starts with accurate keyword definitions. If the keywords are too broad, you get noise. Too narrow, and you miss campaigns. Spending time configuring keywords upfront gives you clean, relevant data throughout the platform.

Pro Tips
  • Include common misspellings and Tagalog variations if tracking Philippine brands.
  • Use the brand's official Facebook page name as one keyword β€” it improves Meta Ad Library matching.
  • Separate your own client brands from competitor brands so reporting stays clean.
  • The amber banner on a brand row shows how many collected ads are unclassified (not yet reviewed for relevance). Click the banner or 'Bulk Review' to approve or hide them in one pass.
