Settings

Configure your workspace, API keys, and platform preferences.

What it does

Settings is where you manage your agency workspace configuration. This includes: API key management (Meta, YouTube, NewsAPI, SERP, AI providers), user management, workspace branding, notification preferences, collection schedules, and client portal configuration.

When it updates

Settings changes take effect immediately. Collection schedule changes take effect on the next scheduled run. API key changes take effect on the next collection run after saving.

How to use it
1

Go to Settings β†’ API Keys to add or rotate your data source and AI provider keys.

2

Go to Settings β†’ Workspaces to manage team members and their roles.

3

Go to Settings β†’ Portals to configure client-facing portal branding and access.

4

Go to Settings β†’ Notifications to configure email alert delivery.

5

Save after every change β€” unsaved changes are not applied.

Why it exists

Centralised configuration means you set things up once and the entire platform uses those settings. Keeping API keys, users, and preferences in one place simplifies onboarding new team members and rotating credentials.

Pro Tips
  • Rotate API keys every 90 days as a security best practice.
  • If data collection stops unexpectedly, check Settings β†’ API Keys first β€” an expired key is the most common cause.
  • Client portals can be white-labelled with your agency logo and colours.
